Manage
Throughout the business plan our strategy focuses in improving the properties through a host of different methods including leasing, on-site management, and capital improvements, under new ownership and management.
Distribute
As we create and enhance the value of the asset, we distribute excess cash flow to investor monthly. This done through our investor portal making it seamless for investors to reap the benefits of passive cash flow throughout the lifecycle of the asset.
